By accessing or using ReportZapp (“Service”), you confirm that you are an authorized Amazon Seller Central user and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
ReportZapp provides analytics, reports, and insights based on your Amazon Seller Central data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). The Service is intended solely for use by verified Amazon Sellers with authorized API access.
To use ReportZapp, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be an authorized user of an Amazon Seller Central account
Consent to data access via Amazon’s OAuth authorization
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current registration details
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, Amazon policies, and our Terms
Not redistribute, resell, or misuse the data or Service in unauthorized ways
We access your Amazon SP-API data only with your explicit authorization
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is never stored beyond 30 days after order fulfillment, unless legally required
Data is encrypted and processed according to GDPR, CCPA, and Amazon’s Data Protection Policy
You must not:
Reverse-engineer, modify, or duplicate the software
Transmit viruses or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to the application or associated data
Use the Service for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes
Sell or sublicense the Service without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ReportZapp at any time, with or without notice, especially in cases of:
Violation of these Terms or Amazon Developer Policies
Breach of applicable laws
Unauthorized or suspicious activity detected
All content, design elements, code, branding, and intellectual property related to ReportZapp remain the exclusive property of Zamorins Solutions Inc. or its licensors. No part may be copied or reused without express written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
The accuracy or completeness of Amazon data
Continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service
That the Service will be error-free or secure
In no event shall Zamorins Solutions Inc. be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Issues caused by data retrieved from Amazon APIs
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant updates via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
