ReportZapp End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE REPORTZAPP APPLICATION. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

1. License Grant

Zamorins Solutions Inc. (“Provider”) hereby grants you (“User”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ReportZapp (“Application”) solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your Amazon Seller Central account, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
2. Resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the Application.
3. Use the Application in any way that violates applicable law, including Amazon’s Developer Agreement and Data Protection Policy.
4. Use the Application to store or process data not associated with your Amazon Seller account.

3. Data and Privacy

1. You authorize ReportZapp to access your Amazon Seller data strictly for analytics and reporting.
2. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Your data is processed and stored by our  Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. Zamorins Solutions Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to ReportZapp, including all related intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. Zamorins Solutions Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zamorins Solutions Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or Amazon policies.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
